I was hired by the University of Notre Dame, and in one of the interview visits my now boss, recommended me Monica to be my broker. She was very good in accommodating to our needs at that moment. After that, she kept in communication with us to find the right home for us. She knew the market, and in the very first visit, we drove by the neighborhood that at the end we found our house. She told me and my wife that based on what we have told her, that was a neighborhood that she thought will be a good one for us. After that first visit, we never thought of looking for a different broker, we were very happy with Monica. Great support and communication. Very proactive and on top of things. Even though it was an intense moment in our life, and the levels of stress were in some moments high, she was able to communicate with us in a very professional way, friendly, listing to our needs. It took us a while to find the right house, as we went to see many houses, since December, but it was good when we were able to find the right house. I was very happy with Ashley Smith, who was helping Monica while she was not available. Ashley was a very good in supporting us during the first negotiation and purchase offer. She was very good in helping us get the deal done. it was great to know that Monica had such a great team behind her even when she is not available. Overall, we are very happy with Monica's support and the team behind Monica. During the final steps, Anne Shoemaker was another member of the team that support us with any questions or documentation needed. It was a good process.

Monica Eckrich was prepared to list our home from the moment we met to interview her. She had done market analysis, and had the marketing campaign already programmed. Her photographer made our house look as fantastic on-line as it did in reality. We had an offer only six hours after listing, and another one 24 hours after that. We were able to get to closing 21 days after listing - speed was an important factor for us as we had already purchased another house. Monica was with us every step of the way, working us through inspection issues and a couple of counter offers. We really appreciated everything Monica did for us and she helped us get a good value for our house in a very short period of time. If you are looking for a realtor that really understands the Granger market, we strongly recommend Monica.

We were able to get full asking price before it hit the open market. It sold in 1 day! Monica did a fantastic job carrying us through the inspections and negotiations, and maintaining the property as I am from out of state. Being from out of state, it was important to know that Monica had my best interests in mind and that I could fully trust her opinion. I had lost trust with my contractor, so that was very important.
