Brian was a fantastic realtor to work with. Personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. Always an enjoyable person to be around, and was ready to point out issues for us to worry about in many of the homes we toured. He always came through with forms and documents when needed, and was well informed on the state of the Elkhart County / St Joe County market. There were multiple times where I thought we'd have a delay of days before getting documents prepared and sent, but Brian always got them completed likety-split. I would highly recommend selecting him as your realtor.
