Monica Eckrich did not do well, she did stellar work. Where to begin. Patience, perseverance and persistence. She is just too amazing for words. Her knowledge exceeds most real estate developers and attorneys I have worked with for over 20 years. My husband and I are so particular with whom we work with. From the first meeting, she had us at "hello". She drove us around, explained the neighborhoods, the values, the pricing, resale and amount of work. More importantly, after looking at three homes, she knew exactly what we were looking for and drove us by our new home. I wanted to purchase it without even looking at the inside of the home, but Monica refused to do that. She insisted we look at the home. And, the only time we could look at the home was on a Sunday morning, as everything was shutting down due to the pandemic. We drove in from Chicago, leaving a 7 a.m. just to look at this house. Of course, we loved the home, and Monica worked with us from March 15th until we went under contract in late June 2020. She referred us to our mortgage broker, and she stayed on top of that. I don't know when Monica sleeps, as she was always there for us. Again, it was such a stressful situation, but who would know because Monica had everything taken care of. And, when you run into Monica at the store or at a social event, she knows everyone. I do not know what we did to deserve such an angel, but we must have done something right. In addition, when we needed subcontractors for work, she was right there with a list of referrals. Even her husband and sons pitched in to help us. We will never be able to repay the debt we owe to Monica. Thank you...two words that will never embody how Monica has changed the lives of my family for the better. I will say them anyway...thank you.
