Shawn Ashley was recommended to me by my sister, so I knew she had to be good, but she exceeded my expectations. Shawn showed me almost 30 houses over the course of a year. Shawn was always extremely patient and happy (who could be happy to keep showing someone that many houses??). She gave her honest opinion about houses, and if she thought it was overpriced or just not a good house - she told me! She wanted to make sure I was taken care of, and I trusted that she was looking out for me the whole time. I know she is very busy, but I always felt like the most important client (as I am sure she makes everyone feel!). Shawn and her team of Miles and Taylor always were there for me. Between the three of them, they helped me find my dream home and didn't miss a beat along the way. They are punctual, follow up well, respond in the evenings and weekends, and truly care that you understand the process and what is going on.
