When funding for the purchaser of our property fell through 5 days before closing, she was able to help the purchaser (who was using a different broker) secure funding and we were able to close two weeks later on the property. Tara is amazing! Annie did an amazing job with the pictures of our house - EVERYONE I know commented on how clear, colorful, and professional the pictures were.
