This vacant property and 5 other lots were sold at the same time to the same buyer which made it somewhat of a unique transaction. Tamra did everything she promised and remained very focused despite quite a few hurdles that had to be cleared. Tamra was very conscientious in her approach to the entire process and never let me believe that she wouldn't do whatever it took to complete the sale. She also represents Cressy Everett very well and gives a great impression of the firm. As I've indicated previously Tamra is a very dedicated, trustworthy agent.

Tamra is fantastic, very patient, and supportive. She acted as an advocate making sure to educate us along the way. From the first phone call, Tamra made sure to understand our needs and made suggestions about what needed to be done to get there. Tamra is a woman of a few words, she knows when to engage or allow us to experience the hunting. She went through our hopes and disappointments with us and was always available (even after hours). No matter how crazy the properties looked, she acted as a guide helping us keep our hopes up and our eyes on the soon to come gem. While we are not looking for another property anytime soon (well you never know) we definitely would do it again and change nothing.
