I have know Sheryl for many years, and I knew she would do a GREAT job. She did! She went above and beyond from cleaning ashes from the fireplace to lining up workers to check off needed repairs. Exceptional in every way! The house sold in six days for the full asking price with multiple offers! Prior to the sale, Sheryl advised us about what to do to prepare the property for sale. We did those things. Then she guided us through the process and we did what she advised because we trust her completely. She worked with our attorney because the home was my mother's house. She passed away in June. Sheryl communicated with us regularly throughout the process. She always got back to us in a timely manner. She did a terrific job for us!
