Megan proved to have a strong knowledge of the housing market in the area. Following house viewings, Megan accurately predicted (every time) the market value of the home vs the list price, how long it would remain on market, and what factors caused this. As a result, I trusted Megan very much when deciding to place an offer on the home I ultimately purchased. As a first time home buyer, Megan immediately made me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. Communications were relaxed, honest, and informative. She was responsive at nearly all hours of the day (to the point where I actively stopped communicating for her work/life balance considerations) and guided me through each stage of home buying. She was considerate of my inflexible work schedule and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though we met and communicated late into evenings. I will admit to being a difficult individual to work with, asking far too many questions, bringing my competitive nature into negotiations, focusing ad naseum on each word in each contractual document, and occasionally losing my temper. In all instances, Megan maintained professionalism and showed a level of caring that assuaged any doubts or concerns I may have had. I would (and will) recommend Megan to anyone considering buying or selling a home in the area. If I buy or sell in the future, I hope to work with Megan again.

Time and time again, Megan Bilderback went beyond the call of duty. Never, at any point in time, did my wife and I feel as though we were inconveniencing or burdening her. She was always readily available and prompt with her responses. She made us feel valued, respected, and cared for. When situations became adverse, she would leave no stone unturned in order work out a solution. At first, our correspondence functioned in the expected realtor-buyer dynamic; by the end, our correspondence began to feel more like a friend (realtor)-buyer dynamic. Megan was very quick to set up an initial meeting with my husband and I. She was friendly, took the time to really understand what we were looking for, was able to suggest properties we hadn't seen yet, and was very easy to work with. A few short days later, she took us out to look at houses. She was a great person to have with us as we looked- she noticed things we missed, gave valuable information on what upgrades would be easy and valuable in the long-run, and what issues might be harder to fix. She never pressured us in any direction but was very willing to give us her thoughts and opinions when asked. When we decided to make an offer, Megan was always available to answer our questions. She made the process very easy and smooth for us. She took care of each step along the way until we finally closed. Megan is a great person to work with! We'd highly recommend her.

I was led to Megan Bilderback through the Notre Dame Graduate School connection with Cressy & Everett. I didn't know anything about her previously, but she ended up being better than I ever could have possibly hoped! She was an angel! Megan went above and beyond what you would expect of any agent - she was eternally patient and helpful in the process and helped with the numerous questions I (and my parents) had about the process. She made herself available at odd hours to answer questions and accompany me to open houses to ensure we found my perfect house. Megan has an incredible foresight to give her clients information they didn't even know they needed, and I am so appreciative of her ongoing help! I feel like I could never say enough about Megan - she put herself out there to help me through every step of the process and made it as easy as possible. She has endless knowledge and connections with different South Bend vendors to help with everything from gutter guards to garage door installation. I wouldn't have been able to do this without her!
