Was always available when I needed her and made sure to go above and beyond any and all of my expectations. She was very accommodating especially for showings, always worked around my schedule. If you're looking for a home she'll be amazing to work with, she'll do her research, send you homes you'll be interested in, schedule your showings around your schedule, and will help you through the process : putting an offer in, escrow, down payment, inspections; etc. Even gives you recommendations on companies she likes to use. When I first started looking at houses, someone who just started doing real estate was sending me houses and none of them matched my interests. That person only replied at certain times and was not showing houses in person due to Covid. I needed someone who would take all my needs and wants in a home seriously and be available to me at all times to answer questions and show me homes. After my first offer was declined on a home with my first agent, I knew I needed someone else that fits my personality and didn't make me feel like I was being too direct and "needy". Marybeth contacted me (she also sold my brother his home a while ago) and she has been phenomenal since the moment she reached out. She had 3-4 house showings booked for me on any given day and was available any time I needed her advice. She would often contact me throughout the week updating me on other homes and would inform me on information that I would need to know before I could contact her with questions! Marybeth has honestly been amazing and I'd recommend her to any other person looking for a home who is in need of an aggressive "get things done" person who WORKS FOR YOU! 100% recommend. Marybeth gave great advice during the negotiation steps. She sent me any and all documents I needed and paid great attention to the little things in the contracts that I would not have caught by being a first time home buyer.
