When we first reached out to Lori about the prospect of selling our house, she quickly pulled together market comps so that we could determine if it was a good time to sell or not. She worked quickly and communicated well. She then visited with us in person and gave us some pointers on what to do to make the home even more attractive to prospective buyers. We took all of her suggestions and found them to be of tremendous value in the presentation of our home. She truly knows what it takes to get a home on the market so that it shows well to prospective buyers. Lori is a true professional that is also highly relational. She really wants what is best for her client and it shows in the way that she worked with us. I found her to work with a tremendous amount of integrity. In this particular transaction she was both the sellers agent and the buyers agent. It's the first time I've worked with a realtor who represented both. I found her to be fair and equitable to both and to really go above and beyond with aspects of the sale that would make things easier for each party -- sometimes at her own expense. If you are selling or buying a home in South Bend, Lori is the one you want as your partner in that process. She knows the area well and has tremendous resources at her fingertips to tap into along the way. She really is one of the best in the area, if not THE best.
