We had started with a different agent from a different company but after several showings we felt like we were not being helped to find a home, she seemed to merely be there to open doors. We decided to meet with Jodi Albright after this and immediately felt like she wanted to find us a home, we knew right away we had the right person helping us in this process. Jodi walked us through the whole process every step of the way, i was able to text her any time of the day or night if we found a house we wanted to see or if i didn't understand something about the next step of the process. We never for one second felt like we were in this alone. Jodi was awesome, We saw a lot of homes and we never felt rushed, and we did not have the best work schedule for seeing homes, but Jodi worked around it and got us in every home we wanted to see which i really appreciated. Jodi made this process which we had heard so many horror stories about super smooth and simple. I want to thank Jodi Albright without her i don't think we would be in our home today!

Jodi Albright did an outstanding job helping me find a home quickly during my relocation process back to the Michiana area. Jodi was extremely helpful and willing to answer calls and texts during off hours (late evening and early morning) and did not hesitate to show me as many homes as I wanted to see, most of them being on short notice. Jodi did a great job helping me with everything and it made my relocation easier without a doubt! Jodi Albright was very understanding, reasonable, and offered her advice on pricing and contracts that aided me finding a great home at the right price. Jodi Albright was really receptive to my needs and wants and made sure I was kept up-to-date on all items related to my home purchase. Jodi may have been my real estate agent during the home buying process but I feel I also walked away with a friend that I would gladly use again for any real estate transactions in the future.

My first couple of encounters with Jodi Albright proved that she was very different than other agents/brokers that I had reached out to in the past. Not only was she prompt with her responses to calls, texts, and emails, but she always answered all questions thoroughly - most of the time my questions were answered before I even had to ask them. Jodi made the selling process of my home extremely smooth and stress-free. I expected the sale to be a bit stressful, but it was truly the opposite. Jodi was prompt and thorough with every step, taking any potential stress out of the process. Not only was Jodi professional in every aspect of the sale, but she was also extremely polite and friendly. I've had the past experience of agents being a bit pushy, but Jodi was quite the opposite and felt more like a good friend. The reviews from past clientele demonstrated a high level of engagement and personal investment from Jodi. Finding a realtor to facilitate a confident process was more important to me than making the sale itself. Jodi explained the plan for the promotion of the sale of the property in detail. I was given clear date and times of open house, even though an open house was never a necessity due to the quick sale. Jodi answered the phone every time I called her and I never waited on an answer to a question. Jodi was aware of comparable properties and had information including sale prices, photos and differences which were utilized to determine our list price. Jodi managed the sale of my home from listing to closing with complete control and confidence. I had reassurance throughout the entire experience.
