Irma was a great agent! She was patient with us as we looked for houses and helped set up various house visits. She was very approachable and friendly. She did a good job of balancing sharing her thoughts and letting us decide what we thought. She was very invested in our process and we felt that our house was a top priority for her. Though the closing process was challenging she fought for us and answered all our questions. We felt her support till the very end and the process ended well.
