We had a little set back on the purchase of our new home with the install of a new furnace, no fault of his and he was right there to make it right. Doug was able to sell my condo in record time despite the fact that I and my son live way out of town (actually in opposite sides of the country, with South Bend being in the middle!) He made the process of completing paperwork easy and thorough. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thankyou, Doug, for relieving me of a big worry! Relieved and happy with the process and outcome. He made this long distance effort easy. I was out of town during the entire sale process so I cannot answer all the items. However, I spoke with Doig several times on the phone when there were questions. He made the whole proccess easy and worry free for me, which was very helpful since I had recently lost my husband.
