We highly recommend Cynthia Trapp if you are looking to buy or sell your house. Cynthia worked with us on several houses that we have bought and sold throughout the years. She is extremely thourough and knows the market well. She is extremely creative in her marketing and sales strategies. She is incredibly knowlegeable and professional, always there for you when you have any questions. She recently helped us sell our property in Michigan in a difficult marketing, with high interest rates, climbing housing prices, a gluten of houses on the market, and consumers that were nervous to buy due to elections. Here honesty, dedication and creativity speak volumes about her character. An example is of her creative strategies was the open house at our property. She enlisted the help of a banker and local artist. The banker was there to answer questions regarding financing. The local artist displayed paitnings throught the house like an art gallery. Ingenious!!! She sold our house!!!!
