Met with Cynthia in the Sister Lakes office. Was instantly drawn to her presence (meaning, I had 200% of her attention), her demeanor (absolutely delightful), and her professionalism, local knowledge and experience within the area. I say this with 200% seriousness, I just think Cynthia Trappe is the greatest! She was an absolute delight to work with. Truth be told, I was a bit reluctant to begin working with any broker again (lost a couple of investment opportunities previously). Cynthia was everything I could've ever asked for and a broker and more. Every one of the items above were handled with perfection. Cynthia went above and beyond during the inspection process. She had MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND AT ALL TIMES! Wanted me to know exactly what I was getting into before making an offer. Meaning, the house needed some work. I would describe Cynthia's approach as taking responsibility for the overall process, and helping to coach and advise the owner /buyer on issues that can affect timeliness of important milestones leading to closing. It was really a pleasure working with Cynthia Trapp. She stays on top of things and works issues to resolution, while maintaining very good communication with her clients along the way. We had some issues arise with what i would describe as unreasonable buyers, but with Cynthias ownership of the process and guidance, we were able to resolve the conflicts and work toward a timely closure.

If I had another home to sell in Michigan, I would want Cynthia to sell it because of her attention to detail, her communication and her can-do attitude. We had a very small market of buyers, as we had a home with a business listed on it. She did not give up and tried new avenues of advertising to get the clicks and the views. Cynthia Trapp sold my house!! She did the marketing and advertising that got the house to the right buyer. When there was feedback that had issues that needed to be addressed she found the resources to get it done with local contractors, tradesmen, and laborers (including her husband!!) promptly and without costing me a fortune. Cynthia did the legwork and made sure it was done to her satisfaction - and mine as well. I had realtors with more experience prior to Cynthia, but she got offers and ultimately the deal done. Cynthia earned her commission.
