Ben was fantastic! My husband and I met him at a random open house he was listing when we first began looking for our new home. He asked us some questions and knew we weren't rushing and wasn't pushy with the process at all. We knew a lot of realtors in the area but we just knew he was the right choice and immediately felt comfortable around him. He was very patient and helpful throughout our entire process always making himself available to answer questions and show us properties at any time of day or evening. He went above and beyond to put us in the right hands with the right people for our inspections, etc..He kept us in the loop with everything and just checked on us from time to time to make sure we weren't overwhelmed with the process. We not only trusted Ben with our questions but knew he would be honest and ethical, giving us all truthful information. We trusted his opinions and recommendations knowing he would give us the answer that would not just benefit him or the business to make a sale. He was completely professional and my husband and I never doubted he would be straight with us. The process of buying and selling a house can be very stressful but he made it very smooth and easy for us. I have already recommend him to my mother and sister/brother in law as they are in the market to sell and buy! I trust that he will deliver exceptional service the same way he did for me and my husband. It was a pleasure working with him and appreciate his dedication and hard work that he gives to his clients with helping find the perfect home. :)

Ben came to my door a year ago and impressed me so much. He was sharp, polite, polished and not pushy. When the person I was going to use didn't follow up I contacted Ben. Best decision ever! He has been incredibly efficient, patient, wise and motivated to find me the perfect house. He always had my best interest at heart. I now consider him a friend and will recommend him to all my friends and acquaintances that need an honest, hard working realtor that will go the extra mile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Ben is the real deal! He is a man of integrity and if something goes wrong he'll throw his hat in the ring and take care of it. I've never had such a great time buying a house. He actually cares about his clients and was able to offer a lot of good advise along the way. When I closed on my house he even made sure my fireplace worked and showed me how to work it. Great guy, great realtor! He superseded my expectations in all areas!
