Becky was awesome. She was so helpful and went above and beyond. She really made this an awesome experience for me. Becky taught me a lot! I am so thankful for all of her hard work! I felt that Becky was very honest and genuine, I loved all of her opinions, and she gave me all of her time and made things happen for me even if it was super last minute! I am a first time home buyer and Becky had every answer to all of my questions and then some. She really broke everything down so I could fully understand and she made everything super easy! I was completely comfortable dealing with Becky. She is super friendly and personable. While purchasing a house is a big deal, she was very professional, knowledgeable and business-like but I was also able to talk to her like a friend. I would choose Becky 100 times over again!! And surely recommend her to all family and friends!

Our nephew and his wife had recently sold their house (in our area) and were over the moon happy with the whole transaction so we called them to see who they had listed with and they gave us Becky's name. They raved about her personally and about the experience they had selling their house with her. Our house sold so fast I don't think all possible forms of advertising were even necessary. Becky was totally on top of things. She was ALWAYS reachable or got back to us in a short time. She gave us a to do list to work on with our property so we would be ready for all the inspections and appraisals that would be coming. For all the stress that can come with real estate transactions my husband and I both feel that Becky helped minimize all that just by being on top of things and helping guide us along in the process. One of our favorite things that she did for our listing itself was the drone shots. She also put up more pictures than we are used to seeing with listings. We absolutely couldn't be happier with our experience - or with Becky. I'll say it again - Becky Gushwa is absolutely wonderful. She has all of the qualities that make a good real estate agent and a few more. She was always reachable - or got back to us very quickly. She let us know what was coming next in the experience so we were never surprised or unprepared. She had the answers to our questions and if she didn't she researched it and got back to us. It had such a personal feel with her - it was more like working with a friend than just a "real estate agent". It didn't matter if it was some detail associated with the transaction or a personal feeling we were going through - she was there for us. There really aren't enough words to say how grateful we are to her and how much we appreciate the experience she gave us. I honestly don't see how the experience could have been any better. My husband and I have sold houses before and we are familiar with what goes into it. It was absolutely the best experience I can imagine with Becky. Our house listed on a Wednesday and we had an offer the following Monday. We've never seen things move along so quickly in a real estate deal. Becky made the whole process both professionally and personally top notch. We would recommend Becky (and will recommend her) to anyone who is looking to buy or to sell property. She's just the best!

I was told by a friend who had been a realtor in Niles if I was to contact any realtor to contact Becky Gushwa @ Cressy & Everett in Niles. This friend who was a realtor at one time had worked with Becky and told me that she was the person who he would highly recommend for being a good agent. I called Becky and she contacted me right away with locations of properties that I was looking for. She met us at a location in Niles and showed us that property. Then she also gave us info on another location to look at in Dowagiac MI. I went to the location in Dowagiac MI and really liked this location. I informed Becky that I would be interested in her showing this location to me and my husband. When looking at listing Becky was very up on the property details. I am glad to say that I own the property in Dowagiac and have enjoyed working with Becky Gushwa from day one looking at the property, going back to take second looks, and the closing of this property. I have learned many things that I did not know when I first started looking for a property, because of Becky telling about how to handle going to the township for this property and asking details. If you are looking for a realtor who is very knowledgeable Becky Gushwa would be your lady. She is always available to help with answers. I am glad that my friend who had worked with Becky selling realty several years ago, told us contact Becky.
